3rd Tamil Nadu State Ranking Tenpin Bowling Tournament!
Ganesh NT defeated Deepak Kothari (420-416), in the finals of the 3rd Tamil Nadu State Ranking Tenpin Bowling Tournament which concluded at LetsBowl, Thoraipakkam, Chennai on 25th August 2024.
In the finals played based on cumulative pinfall of two games, Ganesh was trailing Deepak by a thin margin of 2 pins after the first game. In Game 2, Ganesh pipped Deepak by 6 pins and eventually defeated Deepak by a narrow margin of 4 pins (420-416).
Earlier in the day, in the first Semi-Final played based on the cumulative pinfall of two games, top seed Deepak Kothari defeated fourth seed Akramullah Baig (405-372) in the two-game knockout by a pinfall difference of 33 pins. In the second Semi-Final, second seed Ganesh NT convincingly won over third seed Parthiban J (441-416) by 25 pins to ensure his spot in the Finals.
The top 4 bowlers made it to the knock-out round based on the cumulative pinfall scored in 18 games. Deepak Kothari finished on top of the table after Round 3 with a pinfall 3648 at an impressive average of 202.67 followed by Ganesh NT (Pinfall – 3635, Average – 201.94).
