As the commercial stature of Atharva leaps into the bigger territory , his much expected film ‘Boomerang’  Megha Akash and Upen Patel is directed by the most reliable name in the commercial sectorR Kannan, and produced by R Kannan’s ‘Masala Pix’. The movie has drawn abundance of  attention with each and every announcement thus creating a lot of positive buzz among the audience. This action movie is being made on an extravagant scale due to the script’s needs, strongly felt the director.

The latest talking point about ‘Boomerang’ is that it’s art director Shiva Yadhav has erected a massive set for one particular song for a whopping price. The song ,set and the choreography is said to have come our brilliant well. 

Talking about this director R Kannan says, “ This is an action movie with a strong and relevant social message. Keeping the hero's growing stature in the commercial arena we consciously decided to load the film with richness. There is one particular song which is very patriotic in every sense of it. We wanted to give a totally a different colour to it, so planned of making a massive and visually brilliant set.  Music director Radhan and lyricist Vivek understood my vision so well that they actually surpassed my high expectations. Shiva Yadhav’s magnificent set and Brinda’s world class choreography has taken this song to a different league. We have used around 2000 junior artist and 100 hand picked best dancers in the industry to make this song as grand as possible.

Another important addition to this film is Indhuja of Meyatha maan fame. Her role demands a performer who can ignite the screen with her electrifying presence. Not many names were discussed and the uniformal choice of every team member of  mine was  Indhuja.

The shooting of the movie is moving at a rapid pace  and we are all so very exciting with the way ‘Boomerang’ is shaping up“
