’Irumbu Thirai’ shooting amidst heavy Chennai rains
Actor Vishal had decided to simultaneously work on Thupparivalan and Irumbu Thirai, which was supposed to release by last yearend and another one by Pongal 2017. But with his heavy involvement over Nadigar Sangam and Tamil Film Producers Council, he couldn’t make the way for shooting, which had created a loss indeed. But with the actor’s latest outing Thupparivalan winning at its best, he is apparently seen with more confidence.
Having completed a schedule of Sandakozhi 2, Vishal has now kick-started the final schedule of Irumbu Thirai from October 29. Despites heaving rains in Chennai, the shoot is happening at Richie Street, Mount Road, which is known for its bottle neck crowd movement, especially during rainy seasons. The shooting will continue till end of this month without break irrespective of any adverse situations so as to the release the film for Pongal 2018.
Irumbu Thirai is directed by Mithran featuring Samantha in female lead role. Action King Arjun will be appearing in an important character while others in the cast include Robo Shankar, Vincent Ashokan and Delhi Ganesh.
