Legendary Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi today unveiled the trailer of his first Indian film in the presence of his entire team with much celebration and fanfare. Present at the launch along with Mr Majidi were the film's lead cast debutant Ishaan Khattar and Malavika Mohannan, co actor Gautam Ghose, music director AR Rahman, along with producers Shareen Mantri Kedia and Kishor Arora of Namah Pictures and Sujay Kutty of Zee Studios. 

Today marks a year since the legend embarked upon his India sojourn that he kickstarted with a mahurat shot of the film with his debutant actor Ishaan Khattar at Mukesh Mills in Mumbai. And now, once again, this date is being earmarked with the unveiling of the film's trailer by the team in Mumbai. 

Talking about working with Mr Majidi and Namah Pictures through this past year, Sujay Kutty of Zee Studios says, "The film brings together cultural and language variations of all kinds with Mr Majidi's Iranian roots to our leading lady Malavika Mohannan's Malayalam origin and ofcourse to Gautam Ghose's Bengali beginnings to name a few. It's been one big melting pot all bound by Mr Majidi's vision. We were glad to be able to align with his unique expedition along with the team at Namah Pictures making sure that we are all part of a movement of sorts to further our participation in the global cinematic landscape"

Sharing her experience producer Shareen Mantri Kedia of Namah Pictures says, "It's incredible to see how Mr Majidi has captured the Indian flavor and sentiments so beautifully. He personifies the belief that stories can't be bound by the limitation of language. An honest emotion and a heartfelt expression in its narration will find it's way into the hearts of audiences no matter where they come from.”
